Weinviertel not only offers excellent white wines but also elegant red wines such as Zweigelt, Merlot, Blauburger. We clamp these to our Cuvee - Red Baron and ferment in American oak. This results in a harmoniously gentle red wine with delicate vanilla flavors. Our Zweigelt XO is also being developed in American oak.
